Yogurt Oat and Peach Bowl

A filling breakfast that mixes dairy, fruit, and grain.

Ingredients

  • plain whole milk yogurt
  • oatmeal
  • peach

How to make it

  1. Step 1
    Cook the plain whole milk yogurt, oatmeal, peach until everything is soft and easy to mash with the back of a fork.
  2. Step 2
    Leave the texture thicker than an early puree, or shape the food into very soft pieces that your baby can pick up safely.
  3. Step 3
    Serve by spoon, preloaded spoon, or as soft finger-food pieces depending on how your baby is eating at this stage.
